Day to Day Itinerary
Arrive at Reno-Tahoe International Airport and meet your fellow Adventure Participants and Trip Leaders. Drive to Sierra Nevada Journeys in nearby Portola, California.
Begin making new friends and enjoying outdoor adventures at the Sierra Nevada Journeys challenge course.
Hike to the top of Castle Peak at Donner Summit near Lake Tahoe California.
Tube the exciting rapids of the Truckee River and watch the Fourth of July fireworks over Lake Tahoe.
Stand up paddleboard the crystalline water of Emerald Bay and explore Fannette Island
Let your adrenaline soar at the Heavenly Valley Resort Adventure Park. Ride zip-lines, zip down the mountain coaster, play on the ropes course and more.
Days 7 - 8
Head to the majestic Lassen National Forest to climb Mt. Lassen and explore the National Park.
Days 10 - 13
Whitewater raft the mighty Lower Klamath River.
Days 15 - 17
Tour the giant forests of Redwood National Park, hike, Fern Canyon and comb the beaches near Trinidad, California while enjoying beach side camping on the Pacific Ocean.
Meet the animals of the Sequoia Park Zoo and sample the handmade artisan cheeses of the Lolita Cheese Factory.
Days 19 - 21
Sea kayak and camp on the beaches of Tomales Bay. Night paddle through bioluminescent plankton.
Day 22 - 24
Check out the historic Point Reyes Lighthouse and hike through the old-growth Redwood trees of Muir Woods. Then cruise through San Francisco via bicycle and sample a cup of clam chowder on the historic Fisherman’s Wharf.
